Great recipe for your child’s lunch or class! Stock up on cake mixes when they are $1 and then you have it on hand whenever you need to make a snack for the kid’s lunches or for a classroom party!

They are fast and easy to make!

children love these cookies! Fun to make and decorate!
  • 2 Eggs (if your box says 3 eggs go with that otherwise it will be too dry)
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • Cake Mix (I used White but you can use any kind. )
  • Icing and toppings (sprinkles, crushed candy cane, cinnamon hearts. Whatever you wish to use!)
  • Optional: nuts or chocolate chips (up to you if you want to spruce up the recipe by adding these)
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 oF
  2. In a bowl place eggs, cookie mix and oil
  3. Mix either by hand or with a beater until smooth
  4. Add any nuts or chocolate chips
  5. Mix again just until those optional ingredients are mixed through batter
  6. Drop batter onto the cookie sheet teaspoon size (not close to each other because they will expand)
  7. Cook for 10-12 mins (until edges look golden brown)
  8. Let cookies cool
  9. Decorate
