Corn On the Cob with Garlic Butter Crock Pot Recipe

 

What You Will Need:

1/2 a cup of Unsalted Butter

3-4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

2 tablespoons of finely minced parsley

4-5 Ears of Corn (husked)

salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Mix butter, garlic and parsley together in a small bowl.

Place each ear on tin foil and generously spread butter mixture on corn.

Season with salt and pepper.

Seal tightly in tin foil and place in crock pot.

Add water until it comes up 1/4 of the way to the first row.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-2 1/2 hours.  (or until done)

    Yummmmmyyyyy...never made corn in the crock pot before. Imma have to try this out...maybe tonight!! Since the corn is so readily available and fresh right from the fields right now we've been having corn almost every night LOL
