Corn On the Cob with Garlic Butter Crock Pot Recipe
What You Will Need:
1/2 a cup of Unsalted Butter
3-4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons of finely minced parsley
4-5 Ears of Corn (husked)
salt & pepper to taste
Mix butter, garlic and parsley together in a small bowl.
Place each ear on tin foil and generously spread butter mixture on corn.
Season with salt and pepper.
Seal tightly in tin foil and place in crock pot.
Add water until it comes up 1/4 of the way to the first row.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-2 1/2 hours. (or until done)
