The Snowman (Based on the best-selling book by Raymond Briggs):

This movie is a wonderful cartoon based on a children’s book. I have read the book in the past to my children, so this was great to see come alive in a cartoon format.

The movie is about a young boy who builds a snowman using a trangerine, coal, a hat and a serf.

At midnight the snowman comes to life and they go on a magical adventure where the snowman discovers the young boy’s world.

Then the snowman takes the young boy flying to his home in the North Pole!

This story is filled with magic and wonder. A great movie for children young and old!

The bonus features include the Story of The Snowman and an alternate introduction from David Bowie.

It is an 50 min movie.

Spencer, Hayley and I enjoyed this movie together. We watched it on a wintery day with hot drinks and popcorn. It made it more magical with the movie!

This was filmed live at New York City’s The Beacon Theatre.

The characters of Yo Gabba Gabba sing their hits!

Includes special appearances by Leslie Hall and Santa Claus!
