When I was a child, I was always interested in space. I remember doing a few projects on our solar system and learning about each planet. My children also love learning about the solar system. We are close to the hometown of one astronaut named Chris Hatfield. Chris Hatfield has come to my children’s school to talk about being up in space in the space station. So watching Journey to Space made it feel more real about what he talked about in an assembly.

The Finest Hours || 117 minutes || Disney DVD
Available May 24th
This movie is a great movie to watch with your family or just sit and enjoy it as a date night with your spouse.
There is a lot of action in this movie and it is intense in some moments. I enjoy action movies based on real life events that keep you on the edge of your seat cheering for the cast and hoping they beat all odds.
There is an all-star cast with Chris Pine, Casey Affleck , Ben Foster and Eric Bana.
Based on the extraordinary true story of the greatest small-boat rescue in the U.S. Coast Guard history, The Finest Hours is a tale of courage, faith and honour in the face of overwhelming odds. When a massive storm strikes off the coast of Cape Cod, it rips a T-2 oil tanker in half, trapping more than 30 sailors on its rapidly sinky stern. As Captain Bernie Webber (Chris Pine) and his crew set out in a 12-seat rescue boat to save them, Chief Engineer Ray Sybert (Casey Affleck) struggles to buy his men more time. Packed with heroic action and thrilling bonus content, The Finest Hours Blu-ray is a triumph.
This movie also includes; A Look at the True Heroes Behind the Story and a French version included.

I received the first pack that Horror Pack sends out.
My package included: The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Orphanage, The Barber and Pro-Wrestlers vs. Zombies.
I was very excited to see The Exorcism of Emily Rose since that’s one I have wanted to see but keep forgetting to get it at the store to check it out. It was intense and the fact it was based on real events made it more interesting.
Pro-Wrestler vs. Zombies was really funny and great to watch since a lot of my favourite wrestlers from when I was a child was in this movie. (Rowdy Roddy Piper and Kurt Angle)
The Orphanage was intense and I had to close my eyes a lot watching it. Guillermo Del Toro never lets you down with this movies. They deliver the fright you want. I have never seen this one before either but I think I found a new favourite!
The Barber was good and Malcolm McDowell was the perfect actor for this film. I wish there was more scary moments where you didn’t know if you should hide your eyes or watch. It needed more but it was good movie.
All in all I enjoyed the Horror Pack Subscription I received and can say that I will be signing up to enjoy this again. I wonder what my next 4 movies will be?
