Christmas morning is coming up fast. And with preparing for the dinner that day, I like to also plan for breakfast that morning. But this year is only his mother and us. So I am looking for something new and simple for us to make. I am going to prepare it the night before and then just pop it in while we unwrap gifts.
Mini Rolo Cookies – These are a favourite in my house. When you bite into the cookie, it has a caramel centre that is great. I like to heat them up for a few seconds in the microwave if they aren’t fresh.
