Homemade Coffee Creamer

A lot of us use coffee creamer in our morning coffees.

It takes 15 chemicals to make up coffee creamer.

The best alternative is to make your own with 3 ingredients.

I am not able to have store bought creamer with my health diet for my kidney failure.

But with these recipes I can at least have cream in my coffee!

Canadian Basics

14oz sweetened can of condensed milk

2 cups of milk

(optional) Add one of these to give the creamer a flavour:

1/3 cup flavoured syrup

Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Extract

Almond Extract

1/3 flavoured syrup

Mix together and enjoy!

2 tsps. Vanilla Extract- French Vanilla

1 Tblsp Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Almond Extract- Strudel Cake

2 tbsps. chocolate syrup, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract & 1 teaspoon almond extract – Irish Cream

Experiment in making your own flavours!

Homemade Dryer Sheets

[sam id=”12″ codes=”true”]

1 container with an airtight lid

4 sponges cut in half (you can buy these at the dollar store for $1.00)

1 cup of your favourite fabric softner (you could use the samples you get in the mail! )

2 cups of water

Mix the water and fabric softener into a plastic container.

Add the cut sponges so they can soak in the mixture.

When ready to use, squeeze the excess liquid from 1 sponge and place into the dryer with your wet clothes.

Run the dryer cycle as normal. Once complete place the now dry sponge back into the container of liquid for use next time.

Clothes smell good, are soft and have no static just like the expensive non-reusable dryer sheets!
