Slow Cooker Hoisin Honey Pork Ribs is great for a meal with a side dish or for a potluck.

Slow Cooker Hoisin Honey Pork Ribs

Great for a meal or a potluck
  • ½ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 lb (1.5kg) pork side ribs trimmed of fat and cut into 3 portions
  1. Combine hoisin sauce, liquid honey, soy sauce and garlic in a large bowl.
  2. Set aside ⅓ cup of the mixture.
  3. Add ribs, stir well until coated.
  4. Transfer to 3.5 to 4L slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook for 8 to 9 hours over low heat or 4 to 4 ½ hours over high heat.
  6. Prepare the ribs to a serving plate.
  7. Brush with reserved mixture.
  8. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, salad or your favourite side dish

  • What You Will Need:
  • 1 Loaf French Baguette
  • 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Basil Pesto
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  1. Directions:
  2. Preheat oven on broiler setting.
  3. Slice the baguette. Place on cookie sheet under the broiler for 5-8 mins until lightly toasted.
  4. Set oven for 350 oF and mix in a bowl mayonnaise garlic, pesto, parmesan and salt.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on untoasted side of baguette.
  6. Bake in oven for 6-8 minutes and then change to broiler.
  7. Broil until they begin to bubble and brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
